Prepare all necessary documents based on your applicant category. Refer to the document checklist below to ensure nothing is missing.

The completed application form, together with the required documents, should be sent to the university admission email: enquiry@mila.edu.my
Required Documents
- Application Form
- A non-refundable of Application fee MYR200.
- 1 x Copy of MyKad.
- 1 x Certified true copy of academic certificate and transcript.
- Credit transfer application with certified true copy of relevant syllabus or curriculum (if applicable).
- 1 x Digital copy of passport-sized most recent colour photograph (Blue background - 3.5cm x 5cm - Head / Size: 2.5cm x 3cm).
- Application Form
- A non-refundable of Application fee MYR212 and Visa Processing Fee MYR2,650 (Inclusive of SST 6%).

1 x Full and clear copy of ALL pages of your passport(s) on A4-sized paper (2 passport pages per A4 sheet, with NO enlargement) including the blank pages.**
** Passport validity is at least 18 months from the date of admission / submission to the university. - 1 x Certified true copy of of academic certificate and transcript.
- Online Verification Report from www.chsi.com.cn (for qualifications obtained in China only).
- IELTS / Other English competency result.
- Credit transfer application with certified true copy of relevant syllabus or curriculum (if applicable).
- 1 x Digital copy of most recent passport-sized colour photograph (White background - 3.5cm x 5cm - Head / Size: 2.5cm x 3cm).
- 1 x Health Declaration Form.
Note:
It is strongly advised that the applicants’ passport remains valid for the entire duration of the programme. If your passport is due to expire within 18 months from the application date, it will not be accepted. In such cases, please apply for a new passport and submit photocopies of all pages from both the old and new passports.
International Applicants who have studied in Malaysia before:
- The original release letter signed by the Registrar from last institution of study in Malaysia.
- Certified true copy of attendance reports from last institution of study in Malaysia.
