Appointed in November 2025, Dr Claire brings over two decades of experience in sales excellence, team transformation, and organisational development. Recognised as one of LinkedIn Malaysia’s Top 50 Creators for Startups & Entrepreneurship (2025), she is widely known for her work in leadership and workforce development across both business and education sectors.
Her professional experience spans Asia and the Middle East, including roles in digital learning innovation, regional strategic partnerships and curriculum development. This breadth of exposure reinforces MILA’s focus on bridging academic knowledge with real-world practice and evolving market demands.
Since joining the University, Dr Claire has contributed to internal leadership development initiatives centred on organisational readiness for AI adoption and navigating change in a technology-driven environment.
