Registration

Yes, you will need to upload your payment slip on the registration page.

Yes, you can pay using your Caution Fees, and upload the payment slip when registering.

Convocation Day

Each graduate is allowed to bring 2 guests. Invitations will be issued for these guests.

Yes, additional guest passes can be purchased for RM 200.00 per guest, subject to availability. Payment must be made with the graduation fee.

No, all registrations and payments must be completed by 15th November 2024. Spot registrations will not be entertained.

If you are unable to attend, please contact the Registrar's Office at registrar.office@mila.edu.my after 9th December 2024 to arrange the collection of your certificate.

No, the robe is rented as part of your graduation fee. You will need to return the robe after the convocation at the Robing Room.

Robes will be available for collection 2 hours before the event at the Robing Room. The room will close 1 hour before the ceremony begins.

Fee Submission

Yes, please email your payment confirmation, along with your name and student ID, to finance@mila.edu.my and convocation@mila.edu.my.

Yes, receipts will be issued by the Finance Department upon receiving payment confirmation. You can collect the receipt via email or in person.

You must include your name and student ID when sending the payment confirmation.

The deadline for registration and payment is 15th November 2024.
