International Student Admissions
Here’s how the admission journey works for international students:
Check Your Eligibility
Receive Your Letter of Eligibility (LOE)
- Application Fee: RM200
- EMGS Visa Processing Fee: RM2,500
Offer Letter & Visa Processing
Pre-Arrival Preparation
- Apply and obtain a Single-Entry Visa (SEV) for travel to Malaysia.
- Make payment for your initial fees before departure.
Post-Arrival at MILA University
- Verification of your original academic certificates.
- Passport submission for visa endorsement (visa sticker).
- Medical Screening within 3 days of arrival.
- Orientation & Registration Day, where you’ll complete subject registration and join the induction programme.
International Student Reporting Day
Check-in And Document Verification
- Your original academic documents for verification.
- Your passport for visa endorsement (1 month process)
- Be ready for a medical screening within three days of arrival.
Orientation And Registration Day Attendance
- It is mandatory to attend the Orientation/Registration Day specified in your Offer Letter.
- Fill in and submit the Course Enrolment Form (CEF) on your Registration Day.
- Students who are unable to attend Orientation Day will be offered personalised one-on-one assistance.

Application Requirements
Application requirements may vary depending on the programme and host institution. Generally, students will need to prepare:
- Academic transcripts (to demonstrate eligibility and academic standing)
- Valid passport (with sufficient validity for the duration of the programme)
- Visa documentation (as required by the host country)
- Additional documents such as letters of recommendation, statement of purpose, or proof of language proficiency may be requested for certain placements.
