Nilai, Negeri Sembilan – 10 June 2026 – MILA University has taken another step forward in its international engagement with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Heilongjiang Institute of Technology, China. Conducted virtually, the ceremony marks the beginning of a strategic relationship aimed at fostering academic collaboration and shared growth in higher education.

The Memorandum of Understanding was signed by Dr. Jenny Yang Juanjuan, Acting Vice Chancellor of MILA University, and Professor Zhang Fengfa, Deputy Vice President of Heilongjiang Institute of Technology, in an online ceremony attended by representatives from both institutions.
