Nilai, Negeri Sembilan, 10 July 2026 – MILA University has taken another step in expanding its international academic network through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Pradita University, Indonesia. Held virtually from the Senate Hall at MILA University, the ceremony marked the beginning of a strategic partnership aimed at strengthening academic collaboration, research, and knowledge exchange between the two institutions.
The collaboration reflects MILA University’s ongoing commitment to building meaningful partnerships with higher education institutions around the world. By working closely with Pradita University, both universities seek to create opportunities that enrich teaching, learning and research while strengthening international engagement.
Strengthening International Academic Collaboration
The MoU establishes a framework for cooperation based on mutual understanding and shared academic aspirations. Through this partnership, MILA University and Pradita University will work together to advance practice-based education, encourage excellence in research, and promote knowledge exchange that benefits both institutions and their academic communities.

Formalising a Shared Commitment
Representing MILA University at the virtual signing ceremony were Dr. Jenny Yang Juanjuan, Acting Vice Chancellor, Dr. Liew Cheng Siang, Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academic Affairs), and Dr. Wong Siew Fong, Assistant Deputy Vice Chancellor (Research & Rankings), together with key members of the Research Management Centre and the Deans of the University’s schools. Pradita University was represented by its Rector, Professor Dr. Ir. Richardus Eko Indrajit, and Vice Rector, Dr. Hendro Susanto, accompanied by senior representatives from its faculties and International Office.
The signing symbolises a shared commitment to strengthening ties between Malaysia and Indonesia through higher education, while fostering closer collaboration in areas of common interest.
