Nilai, Negeri Sembilan – 12 May 2026 – MILA University has formalised a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with VLB Janakiammal College of Arts and Science, Tamil Nadu, India, marking another meaningful step in its commitment to international academic engagement.
Grounded in a shared vision, the partnership aims to foster knowledge exchange, collaborative research, and practice-based education, while creating opportunities that benefit students and academic communities on both sides.

The MoU signing ceremony was attended by MILA University’s Acting Vice Chancellor of MILA University, Dr. Jenny Yang Juanjuan; Dean of the School of Engineering & Computing and School of Biotechnology, Prof. Ir. Dr. Tiu Zian Cheak; and Assistant Deputy Vice Chancellor – Research & Ranking, Dr. Wong Siew Fong. VLB Janakiammal College of Arts and Science was represented by Dr D. Brindha, Director of Academics and Research.
The agreement establishes a strong foundation for both institutions to strengthen academic cooperation across research initiatives, professional knowledge sharing, and future engagement activities, all in support of innovation and educational excellence.
