Nilai, Negeri Sembilan – 13-14 May 2026 – MILA University recently welcomed officials from the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) for Maintenance Audit Visit involving several diploma, bachelor’s degree, and postgraduate programmes.

This audit visit is a continuous quality assurance process, ensuring that accredited programmes and higher education institutions in Malaysia continue to comply with the quality standards set by MQA after receiving accreditation.

The MQA delegation comprised experienced panel assessors and officers from various higher education institutions and professional backgrounds. Over the two-day visit, the delegation conducted comprehensive programme evaluations, thorough document reviews, and constructive engagement sessions with academic staff, programme leaders, and relevant departments, with discussions centred on academic quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
