Graduation Rehearsal
Date: 7 December 2024
Time: 2 PM
Participation in the rehearsal is mandatory to ensure a smooth and successful convocation ceremony.
Invitation Pass Collection
All graduands must collect their invitation passes for themselves and their guests.
These passes are required for entry to the event on 8 December 2024.
Fee Submission
Eligible graduates are required to register and make full payment. Please refer to your invitation email for the registration link and details.
Last day of registration: Friday, 15 November 2024, 12:00 PM (Malaysia Local Time).
*Please note that late registrations will not be accommodated

* Upon completing your payment, please send the payment details, along with your full name and student ID, to finance@mila.edu.my and convocation@mila.edu.my for verification.
* All receipts will be issued by the Finance Department upon receiving payment confirmation, either via email or in person at the Finance Department.
Free Photography Service
Includes the following:
Stage Photo: A professional photo will be taken as you receive your scroll on stage.
- Photo Size: 11R (large format)
- Each graduand will receive one (1) printed copy of their stage photo.
Additional Guest Pass
RM200.00 (per guest, subject to availability)
*Please note that additional guest passes are limited and will be allocated on a case-by-case basis by the Convocation Secretariat.
*All payments are non-refundable, and invitation passes are non-transferable and non-replaceable.

Graduation Robe Collection
As part of your graduation fee, here’s everything you need to know about gown collection, rental, and return:
Robe Collection Procedure
- Graduands must register at the Registration Counter.
- Upon registration, a perforated Call Card will be issued to each graduand.
- Please ensure that you collect the correct Call Card and verify that your name and details are accurately displayed.
- Present Step 1: Collection of the Robe portion at the Robe Counter and keep the other parts of the card safe for future reference.
- Collection time is strictly between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM only.
- The procession will commence promptly at 3:00 PM.
- The robing room is only for graduands. The robing team reserves the right to ask other guests to leave.

Post-Ceremony Robe Return
The return of the robe is strictly between 6:00 PM and 7:30 PM ONLY.
All robes must be returned immediately after the convocation event at the Robing Room. Failure to return the robe may result in additional charges.
Photography in Your Gown
You are welcome to take photos in your gown both before and after the ceremony. However, we kindly request you adhere to the schedule to ensure punctuality.
Professional photographers will be available during the ceremony, and you will be provided with a link to download your photos.
Photography
As a part of your convocation experience, professional photography services will be available to capture your special moments.
Delivery of Photos
All hard copies of the stage and studio photographs will be delivered to the graduand one month after the event.
For International Graduands:
A postage fee will apply for the delivery of photographs. Please ensure your mailing address is up-to-date at the time of registration.
Optional Family Photographs:
Can be arranged with the photography vendor. Pricing and additional details for family photos will be provided directly by the vendor on the day of the event. Please feel free to consult the YS Photo Studio & Color Processing Sdn. Bhd. for any special requests or additional packages.
Digital Photo Collection:
All photos taken during the ceremony will be made available online.
