Overview
Bachelor of Business Management (Honours) is an undergraduate program designed to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and practical experience necessary to excel in the field of business management. In addition, it is designed to incorporate current issues in corporate governance in Malaysia in order to produce socially aware, and technically competent graduates. Recognised by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA), this program is designed to meet international curriculum standards and industry requirements, providing students with a strong foundation in the fundamentals of business management.
Objectives of Bachelor of Business Management (Honours)
- Develop a solid understanding of core business functions, such as finance, marketing, operations, and human resources.
- Cultivate analytical skills, including data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Develop leadership qualities, such as strategic thinking, communication, and teamwork.
- Gain a global perspective on business and understand the challenges and opportunities of operating in a globalised economy.
- Understand the ethical implications of business decisions and practices.
Eligibility Criteria

STPM | Pass with a minimum Grade C (GP 2.00) in any two subjects AND pass in Mathematics and English at SPM or its equivalent |
STAM | A pass in STAM with at least Grade Jayyid AND pass in Maths and English in SPM or its equivalent |
UEC | Pass with a minimum of Grade B in 5 subjects including Mathematics and pass in English at SPM or its equivalent |
A-LEVEL | Pass with a minimum of Grade D in any two subjects AND pass in Mathematics and pass in English at SPM or its equivalent |
MATRICULATION / FOUNDATION | Matriculation or Foundation with at least CGPA of 2.00 |
AUSTRALIAN YEAR 12 | Pass South Australian Matriculation (SAM) with a Tertiary Entrance Rank (TER) 70 and Grade B in relevant subjects |
CANADIAN PRE-U | Pass Canadian Pre-University (CPU) with an average of 70% in 6 relevant subjects |
INTERNATIONAL BACCALAUREATE | Pass International Baccalaureate with a minimum of 24 points |
DIPLOMA | A Diploma (Level 4, MQF) with at least CGPA of 2.00 |
ADVANCED DIPLOMA | An Advanced Diploma (Level 5, MQF) with at least CGPA of 2.00 |
DKM / DVM | A Diploma Kemahiran Malaysia (DKM) / Diploma Vokasional Malaysia (DVM) subjected to University Senate / Academic Board’s approval |
OTHERS | Any other equivalent qualifications recognized by the Malaysian Government |
International Students : Required minimum score of 5.5 for IELTS or its equivalent |
