Progression Pathway
Graduates of the Bachelor of Science (Biotechnology) (Hons) can progress to Master’s programmes by research, such as the Master of Science in Biotechnology.
They are also well-prepared to pursue postgraduate studies in related fields including Molecular Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Technology, Environmental Biotechnology, Industrial Biotechnology, and Biomedical Sciences at universities locally or internationally.
Entry Requirements
| STPM | Pass with a minimum of Grade C (GP 2.00) in any two (2) subjects or its equivalent AND possess SPM with at least three (3) Credits including Mathematics, one (1) Science subject, and one (1) other subject |
| STAM | Pass with a minimum grade of Jayyid or its equivalent AND possess SPM with at least three (3) Credits including Mathematics, one (1) Science subject, and one (1) other subject |
| UEC | Pass with a minimum of Grade B in five (5) subjects AND pass (Grade C) in Mathematics, one (1) Science subject, and one (1) other subject |
| A-LEVEL | Pass with a minimum of Grade D in two (2) subjects AND possess SPM with at least three (3) Credits including Mathematics, one (1) Science subject, and one (1) other subject |
