Overview

Diploma in Mass Communication is a vocational program designed to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and practical experience necessary to excel in the field of mass communication. This program provides a strong foundation in the fundamentals of communication theory, media production, and public relations.

Objectives of Diploma in Mass Communication

Eligibility Criteria

ENTRY LEVELENTRY REQUIREMENT APPROVED BY MOHE
SPM / SPMV / O-LEVELPossesses SPM with at least a credit in THREE (3) subjects (minimum Grade C, including English)
STPMPass with Grade C (GP 2.00) in any 1 subject AND a Credit in English in SP M or its equivalent.
STAMPass with Grade Maqbul AND a Credit in English in SP M or its equivalent
UECPass with Grade B in 3 subjects including English
SKMLevel 3 in the related field AND a Credit in English in SP M or its equivalent
CERTIFICATEA pass in Certificate (Level 3, MQF) AND Credit in English in SP M or its equivalent
OTHERSAny other equivalent qualifications recognized by the Malaysian Government
International Student: Required minimum score of 5.0 for IELTS or 500 for TOEFL or CERF (High B1) or its equivalent
