Overview

This Master of Science in Engineering at MILA University is a research-based master programme. Designed to introduce and train you to conduct proper scientific research in the field of engineering and computing.

You will learn formally the research methodology most appropriate for your proposed research, how to prepare a research proposal and defend your proposal, to conduct research, prepare technical publication, prepare a thesis, and defend your research finding.

Eligibility Criteria

ENTRY LEVELENTRY REQUIREMENTS APPROVED BY MOHE
A Bachelor's degree (Level 6, MQF)
  • in the field or related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.75 or equivalent, as accepted by the University Senate
  • in the field or related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 and not meeting CGPA of 2.75, can be accepted subject to rigorous internal assessment.
  • in the field or related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 and not meeting CGPA of 2.50, can be accepted subject to a minimum
    of five years working experience in the relevant field and rigorous internal assessment.
*For International students, TOEFL score of 500 OR IELTS score by 5.0 OR it equivalent. If a student does not meet this requirement, Higher Education Provider (HEP) must offer English proficiency courses to ensure that the student’s proficiency is sufficient to meet the needs of the programme.

Note: Students graduated from universities in which the medium of instruction is English are exempted from the English requirement
