She has held various positions, including Vice President, Assistant to the President, and Director of Human Resources at Haikou University of Economics, as well as Executive Dean of the Nanhai Music Academy and Executive Dean of the Nanhai Film Academy. She not only possesses a strong foundation in teaching and research but also has extensive experience in the operation and management of private higher education institutions.

Professor Dr. Graham Kendall is an academic but has spent a significant amount of his career in industry, holding senior positions in the IT industry (in the UK) and C-Suite positions in Malaysia, in both industry and academia.

He was the Provost/CEO of the university of Nottingham Malaysia (5,000 students, with 650 staff on a 125-acre estate). He also served as a Pro-Vice Chancellor for the global University. He is still affiliated with Nottingham, as an Emeritus Professor. He holds distinguished and honorary positions in Malaysia, India and Hong Kong.

Ms. Anis Laila Yap Binti Abdullah brings 25 years of expertise in academic operations and education management, having held leadership roles in institutions across Malaysia and internationally. Before joining MILA University, she served as Regional Director for Education Partnership at UNITAR International University, leading strategic business development and collaborations. Her career includes being College President at Wekerle Business School in Hungary and General Manager of Operations at The International School @ ParkCity, Kuala Lumpur. At INTI Education Group, she held pivotal roles such as Campus Chief Executive, Dean, and AVP of Product and Partnership Management, contributing to program development, accreditations, and the establishment of the INTI Center of Art & Design (ICAD). Holding a Master’s in Technical Education from UTM and a Bachelor’s in Packaging & Communication Design from Sheffield Hallam University, UK, Ms. Anis is passionate about driving academic and operational excellence in education.

Professor Dr. Lee Chew Ging graduated from the University of London, National University of Singapore and completed his PhD at the University of Portsmouth. He serves as the Head of Southampton Malaysia Business School and Chair of Academic Advisory Board of the University. He is an assessor for Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning for Entry into Qualifications Recognised by Malaysian Qualifications Framework at Level 7 by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency. And serves as APP (Ahli Panel Penilai) of the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA). Also, a member of the Board of Examiners the Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers.

Eddy Choo graduated from Anglia Ruskin University, UK and brings 23 years of experience in higher education sales and marketing. He began his career at First City University College in 2001 and joined in INTI International University & Colleges in 2005, where he progressed from Senior Executive to Vice President of Sales Planning & Development. Eddy briefly served at the INCEIF University before spending 4.5 years at Unitar International University as the Chief Revenue Officer from 2020 to July 2024. During his tenure at INTI and Unitar, he has achieved record-high revenue and new enrolments and was actively involved in leadership coaching and training.

Dr. Jenny Yang Juanjuan obtained Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws from Gansu University of Political Science and Law in China, and PhD from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman in Malaysia. At Haikou University of Economics, she served as the head of the student management and administrative management departments with rich experience in university administration, student affairs management and various activities for years. She has been engaged in research on law and Chinese customary law, ideological education for college students, and Malaysian Chinese Society.

Prof. Sargunam Thirugnanam has more than 3 decades of experience of experience with dynamic expertise in Academics, Registry, Governance, Quality, Compliance, Student Life Cycle, and Project Management in Higher Education Ecosystem. He has held various senior academic and management roles in private higher educational institutions. He played a key role in establishing twinning and franchise programmes with some of the universities in the United Kingdom, Australia, and the United States. He holds Chartered Engineer (CEng) status from the Engineering Council (UK) and is recognised as a Professional Fellow of the British Computer Society, The Chartered Institute for IT (UK).
